为了验证板材的隔热性能,我们请来两只小鸡帮忙体验一下。

In order to verify the performance of the panels,we asked twochickens to help

and experience.

我们用红外探测仪探测到板下方烈焰的温度始终维持在400度以上。

We detected the flame temperature remains above 400 degrees byusing a infrared detector.

二十多分钟的实验过程小鸡貌似并没有觉察到温度的变化,而我们在板上摆放的温度 计显示温度仅上升了1.9度。

It se that the chicken wasn’t aware of the change oftemperature more than twenty minutes during the testing process;the temperature raised only 1.9 c which displayed on thethermometer.

为了验证板的防火性能我们找来气焊枪,在烈焰喷噬五分钟后板材看上去仍然完好。

In order to test the fireproof performance of the panel we foundthe gas torch, the board still looked good after the frame burningfor five minutes.

这时我们在板上加上一个直径16的钢筋,不过一分钟的时间钢筋就断裂开了,而板只有表面略微有些损伤而已.

At the moment, we put the Φ16 Steel under the flame, thereinforced began breaking, and only the surface of the panel wasdamaged slightly after a minute.

为了体现板材具有轻质的特点,我们分别截取了一小块圆孔板和复合保温板然后同时将他们放入水中,最后我们发现两块样品均漂浮在水面上。

钢结构镶嵌ASA建筑体系是以普通钢结构作为主体结构,配以ASA系列板材为围护构造构成一种独特的建筑体系,外墙ASA板外围护不仅具有良好的保温隔热性能,而其中的内层板镶嵌于钢框架中,与框架共同工作,构成结构的抗侧力系统,从而大幅度降低该体系结构用钢量,并可阻断在钢框架处出现的“热桥”,该体系设计按照垂直荷载由主题结构承担,而水平载荷则由主体结构承担或由主体结构与镶嵌ASA板共同承担的原则,镶嵌在钢框架间的ASA板可等效为交叉钢支撑,该体系中ASA板与框架之间以粘结为主,辅以钢板卡定位以及局部焊接。外墙双层ASA板间除粘结以外,采用对穿螺栓进行加强连接。
