the correct batteries in the detector in the receiverunits sure that the batteries have been put in the properpositions. the detecet properly by the front door,windowframe,th,backyard or anywhete you need. switch on the receiver and adjust the volume to either hi orlo position. the remote detective system is opetrating with the infrareddetect technology the receiver in an easy to reach place. the detecet senses motion,the receiver will make an audiblesouned the LED light will flash. wait for 30seconds after switching on detective receiver toactivate.e install both units 3 feet above grornd level for optimalperformance .

Useful tips

not place the detectou in areas where the wind will move try to keep the detective in aclear path to thereceiver,sothat you can get optimal petformance.
